Besides the Banks and sleezy Mortgage COs, Where’s all the Real Estate gurus like Carlton Sheets with infomercials that enticed people to use home buying techniques with risky loans, no money down, and flipping, etc. – all which helped escalate housing prices. Shouldn’t they all be brought before Congress for some kind of public blame-spanking?
Shouldn’t the people who didn’t read their mortgage paperwork be hauled before Congress as well?
The worst are the people who read the documents, understood them, and still lie that now they mysteriously don’t understand because that’s an easy out that might get them a government handout despite being unethical.
