real estate flipping schemes
looking to invest in “the flip”?

I am a licensed California Real Estate agent looking for a group of investors that would be interested in buying foreclosure homes, fix them up (if needed) and flip them for a profit. Does any one know some one who would be interested in something like this?
Note: this is not a get rich quick scheme.

Many of the mortgage brokers and licensed general contractors that you are currently working with would gladly go in with you on this venture. Would you involve them as partners who split the profits or as workers who get paid a lump sum and you pocket the rest. That is what you have to determine when you interview them.
Otherwise go to www.RAISECAPITAL.com (not my website) to interview Venture Capitalists who invest in ideas like yours. If the fund you, they will demand 51% ownership of the venture so you lose control if they lose trust in you..
