What is the real estate market value?
There is a best time to buy in the real estate market and a best time to sell. The only problem I have is knowing when. I’m looking to get involved with buying houses and flipping them but everyone tells me to watch the market, but no one tells me where to look.
If someone could give me some websites or any information you can, that would be useful. If it helps I live in Philadelphia, PA.
Also if there is any appraisers out there with any advice for me that would help too.

appraisors basicall look at a home then look for comperable homes in the area and see what they sold for. dont get me wrong it is not easy to do when there are variables.
as far as looking at home values in a given area!
zillow.com but make sure the comps are less than a mile away and sales are less than 6 months old the newer the better
If you are considering flipping homes you may want to rethink and use a different route there are not alot of buyers now and flipping no matter what you see on tv is tougher
not to say there isnt ways to use the market in your favor!
and reduce your risk!
