Any body who can advise me on how to go about The Armando Montleongo Real Estate Flipping Scam?
I ordered Armando Montelongo’s DVD course for $15, but I only received CD’s. I tried to return the package but the customer service phone number is an answering machine. I was not able to return it before the trial period. Now N.A.R. a collection agency is trying to collect $400.00. I have read from other sites that this was a scam. How can I return the package and not pay what they are asking for?
If you paid by credit card (even an initial payment on the credit card), notify the credit card company.
Note: The Better Business Bureau is worthless in cases like this.
Also notify your state’s Attorney General office.
