How do I find very inexpensive real estate?
I am looking for homes and land say from auctions or forclosures Also looking for details on hidden expenses on these properties. i.e. closing cost and tax. I am wanting to get into flipping properties and such.
I would appreciate someone directing me to a website or other free information on these matters

Make very sure there are no liens on the homes you consider purchasing. Your first few purchases should be done with a licensed real estate agent that can help you learn the ropes of what to look for. His or her fees (usually paid by the seller) will be invaluable to you. You could do this on your own … but why? Check with banks for foreclosed homes and check out for sale by owner ads in your local newspapers.
